These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Schedule Workflow Solutions website and services (“Services”). By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

Schedule Workflow Solutions provides business automation and workflow services, which may include missed-call text back, appointment booking, reminders, follow-up automation, pipeline/CRM setup, and related configuration and support.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our Services.

Scope of Services

We provide automation and CRM-related setup and support. Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities may be described in written proposals, invoices, messages, or agreements. If there is a conflict, the written agreement for your project controls.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information needed to set up automations and integrations.

  • Maintain access to accounts we must connect (email, calendar, website, phone, CRM, ads, etc.).

  • Review and approve workflows, messages, and settings before launching.

  • Use your own legal counsel if you need legal advice on compliance requirements.

Messaging and Phone Compliance

If we set up texting, calling, or email automation for you, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and carrier requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Obtaining proper consent to contact leads/customers (SMS and email).

  • Maintaining opt-out options (e.g., “Reply STOP to opt out”).

  • Following A2P 10DLC registration and messaging rules for U.S. long-code texting.

  • Not sending spam, deceptive, unlawful, or abusive messages.

We may pause or disable messaging automations if we believe your use creates compliance risk.

Third-Party Services

Our Services may rely on third-party platforms (including GoHighLevel, email providers, phone/SMS providers, payment processors, domains/DNS, calendars, and integrations). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third parties.

Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Fees are due as stated on your invoice or agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Setup/service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Subscription fees billed by third parties are your responsibility.

  • Late payments may delay or pause work and service delivery.We may pause or disable messaging automations if we believe your use creates compliance risk.

If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel ongoing service by written notice. We may suspend or terminate Services if:

  • You fail to pay,

  • You violate these Terms,

  • Your use of the system creates compliance or legal risk,

  • A third-party provider suspends your account.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific financial results, lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Performance depends on many factors outside our control.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, and methods we use.

  • You own your business data, customer lists, and content you provide.

  • Upon full payment, you may use the configured automations and assets created for your account as part of your business operations.

Confidentiality

If you share confidential business information with us, we will use reasonable care to keep it confidential and only use it to provide the Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schedule Workflow Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue, even if advised such damages may occur.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Schedule Workflow Solutions from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your communications to customers/leads, or your violation of law or third-party policies.

Dispute Resolution

We will try to resolve disputes informally first. If needed, disputes will be handled under the laws of the state where our business is based, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
