By opting in through our website form, you agree to receive customer care SMS messages from Schedule Workflow Solutions LLC related to support updates, appointment coordination, and follow-up on your inquiry.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

4. Description of Services

Schedule Workflow Solutions LLC provides done-for-you marketing and automation services to local businesses including but not limited to message marketing, lead generation, reputation management, search engine optimization, AI voice agents, AI chat assistants, and automated SMS systems. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

All services are billed on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. No Guarantees of Results

Schedule Workflow Solutions LLC does not guarantee specific results including but not limited to a specific number of leads, appointments, sales, reviews, or revenue generated. Marketing results vary based on factors outside our control including but not limited to market conditions, client responsiveness, offer quality, and advertising platform policies.

7. AI Systems Disclaimer

Schedule Workflow Solutions LLC deploys artificial intelligence tools including AI voice agents, chat assistants, and automated messaging systems on behalf of clients. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, or content that does not reflect the policies or offerings of the client business.

Schedule Workflow Solutions LLC is not liable for any misinformation, errors, or miscommunication generated by AI systems deployed as part of our services. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI configurations, knowledge bases, and scripts before deployment. End users should verify critical information directly with the business.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current information for use in campaigns and AI systems. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to contact individuals on any list provided to Schedule Workflow Solutions LLC. Schedule Workflow Solutions LLC is not liable for any legal issues arising from client-provided contact lists or campaign content approved by the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schedule Workflow Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination all access to systems and data managed by Schedule Workflow Solutions LLC on behalf of the client will be removed. Fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
